   METHOD #1              1) Install the rear piece, of the CONNECTOR, to the light or fan.                                                             2) Attach the front piece, of the CONNECTOR, to the HUB.
                                       3) Carry the light or fan up the ladder, SNAP the connectors together.                                                 4) Hang the device.

                                                               OR

   METHOD #2              1) Install the rear piece, of the CONNECTOR, to the light or fan.                                                            2) Carry the light or fan up the ladder, SNAP the connector in place.                                                    3) Tighten the ground screw                                                                                                                          4) Hang the device.
